Do I have to get on a call?
No. You tell me your case in writing and an advisor replies by email. You get the proposal first; then you decide.
Does asking for a proposal commit me to anything?
No. It’s free and with no obligation. The scope and the price are clear before we start.
How long does it take to be up and running?
It depends on two things. The first is how organised your business is: if your prices and opening hours are written down somewhere, even by hand and badly, it takes little; if they do not exist anywhere, they have to be written first, and you do that because it is your business. The second is where the agent will keep what it collects: if you already have a diary and client records, it connects to them; if not, they have to be set up first, and that adds time. I give you the specific timeframe in the proposal.
Do I have to change my tools?
No. The agent connects to what you already use: your diary, your WhatsApp, your email. If it made you switch systems, the move would eat up the time you save.
