Your shop sells,
and someone answers.
An online shop connected to WhatsApp and your email: anyone with a question gets an answer, anyone who buys gets their confirmation, and you see every order in one place.
- Customer service on WhatsApp
- A tidy catalogue
- Payment connected
- Orders and alerts
Example
The same two questions,
every afternoon.
A ceramics shop gets questions every afternoon about dishwashers and delivery times, while its owner is working in the studio. The agent answers with the care instructions and terms she has given it. Purchase confirmations and alerts go out automatically.
Hypothetical example; not a real client case.

Three stages
How it works, from start to finish.
- 01
Before buying
Answers the usual questions using your product information.
- 02
At checkout
Confirms the purchase to your customer and alerts you to the order.
- 03
Afterwards
Gives the shipping details and lets them track the parcel.
What is included
What I prepare for your business.
- 01
The catalogue
Your products with photos, prices and variants, such as sizes or colours, organised so people find what they are looking for.
- 02
Payment
Payment through the gateway we choose together, so the money reaches your account.
- 03
Customer service on WhatsApp
An agent answers the usual questions — sizes, delivery times, shipping — with what you have given it. What it does not know, it passes to you.
- 04
Orders and alerts
Each purchase generates a confirmation for the buyer and an alert for you, and you see every order in one place.
- 05
Shipping
Buyers can follow their delivery without writing to ask where it is.
- 06
The follow-up message
A few days after delivery, the buyer receives a message to check that everything arrived well.
How I build an online shop.
- 01
I look at your catalogue and what you already use
I go through how many products you have, how you sell them today and which tools you use. If a shop already exists, I first check whether it can be kept.
- 02
I build the shop and the payment
I upload the catalogue, set up shipping and connect payment. You see it built before anyone buys.
- 03
I connect WhatsApp and email
I prepare the agent’s answers with your information and the automatic messages for each purchase.
- 04
I test a whole purchase and launch
I place a test order from start to finish, check that every alert arrives and launch the shop.
What you need and what you do not.
You need
- Your products, with photos and prices, even if they are in a spreadsheet.
- Your shipping and returns terms, if you have them written down.
- What you always answer on WhatsApp: sizes, delivery times, care.
You do not need
- Already having the shop built.
- Choosing the platform: I suggest one and tell you why.
- Knowing about technology.
Price.
Depends on scope.
I do not give a single figure because it depends on what you already have. I give it to you in the proposal, before we start.
What changes the price
- How many products you have.
- Whether you already use a platform or one has to be chosen.
- The payment gateway and the shipping you want to connect.
- How many questions the agent answers on WhatsApp.
Prices exclude VAT. The scope is agreed in writing.
Frequently asked questions.
Which platform do you use for the shop?
It depends on your catalogue and on what you already use. I suggest one in the proposal, with the reasons. If you already have a shop set up, I first look at whether it can be reused.
How much does an online shop cost?
It depends on how many products you have and on what you already use, so I don’t put down a standalone figure. I give it to you in the proposal, before you start.
What is the point of connecting it to WhatsApp and email?
So that anyone hesitating before buying gets an answer, anyone who buys gets their confirmation, and you see every order in one place, without checking three different inboxes.
Do I need to have the shop already set up?
No. If you already have one, I first look at whether it can be reused; if not, I build it from scratch on the platform I suggest.
Can I sell if I only have a few products?
Yes. With few products the shop is simpler to build and to maintain, and that shows in the proposal.
What does the agent do when it doesn’t know something?
It passes it to you, like the other WhatsApp agents: it doesn’t make up an answer.
