How I work
Five steps,
and you know which one we are on.
Before building anything I look at what you need and tell you the scope and the price. If something changes along the way, we talk about it before doing it, not when the invoice arrives.

You fill in the three-step form and I read it myself. I pass you to the advisor who covers your area or trade, and she writes to you by email.
You receiveA reading of your case and a written proposal, within 24–48 hours.

We map it out
We go through the scope with you and put it in writing: what is in, what is not, and what it costs.
You receiveThe scope and the price settled, before we start.

I build
You send me your texts, your photos and your logins, and I put it together in your own way of speaking.
You receiveSomething you can see and try before anyone else sees it.
- 04
I connect
I connect forms, messages and diary so that what comes in one place reaches where it should.
You receiveEvery alert tested from start to finish.
- 05
I measure
I look at what really comes in and fix what is not working.
You receiveA clear reading of what brings in enquiries and what does not.
How long each step takes depends on what you already have in place. The specific timeframe goes in the proposal, with the price.
What I don’t do.
Start without a fixed price.
First I look at what you need and give you the scope and the price in writing.
Sell you what you don’t need.
I only propose what will genuinely be useful to you.
Leave you with something you can’t use.
I hand everything over tested and explain how it works.
Frequently asked questions.
What happens when I press “Talk to an advisor”?
You fill in a three-step form, which takes a minute and a half. I read it myself, pass you to the advisor who covers your area or trade, and she emails you the proposal within 24–48 hours. There is no call in between.
Does asking cost anything or commit me to anything?
No. It’s free and doesn’t commit you to anything. If the proposal doesn’t convince you, we leave it there.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s completely normal. The form has an option for it, and what you tell me about your day-to-day helps me more than picking the right service. What suits you may not be what you thought: if the problem is that clients aren’t reaching you, an agent isn’t the first step, and I’ll tell you so.
Can I start with just one thing?
Yes. The services connect with each other, but none of them requires you to hire the others. You can start with whatever takes up most of your time and add the rest when you need it.
Who will I be talking to?
Your advisor, and always the same person, not a shared inbox. I build what gets built myself. The advisor is an independent professional who works with Grania.
Do you work with businesses outside Spain?
I work from Europe with businesses in Spain and Latin America.
Less by hand.
Let’s talk about your case and I’ll tell you the scope and the price.
