Three levels
How much you want it to decide alone.
01 · Answers
Prices, insurers and opening hours
Answers the usual ten questions at any hour: treatments, prices, insurers, where the clinic is.
- Needs
- Your price list and your frequently asked questions. A PDF will do.
- Uses
- Nothing else. Only what you gave it.
02 · Manages
The appointments in your diary
Takes the appointment itself: looks at the real slots and the diary, and sends the reminder. If someone cancels, it frees the slot.
- Needs
- Access to your diary and how long each treatment lasts.
- Uses
- Your calendar and WhatsApp.
03 · Decides
The urgent, set apart
Tells an emergency from a check-up, prepares the record and passes you only what needs your judgement.
- Needs
- Your rules: what counts as urgent for you and what does not.
- Uses
- Diary, patient record and an alert to reception.
Frequently asked questions.
Does it replace my receptionist?
No. It takes the repetitive part off her desk — opening hours, prices, reminders — so she can spend her time on what needs a person. Cases that call for judgement come to you.
Can it give someone an appointment they should not have?
It only offers slots that genuinely exist in your diary, with the duration of whichever treatment it is. And anything you mark as needing a consultation first goes through a consultation first.
And if the patient would rather talk to a person?
They ask and they are put through. The agent does not insist and does not pretend to be human.
Less by hand.
